Why would I need a wedding coordinator on my wedding day?
There are so many small, yet important, details that go into your day! From communicating with vendors and answering guest questions to handling unexpected issues, like broken name plates. The last thing we want is for you or your family members, to be running around juggling multiple last minute tasks. That's where your wedding coordinator comes in! We want to take care of all those details for you!

What We Offer:
The Basics:
1-3 month planning services.
Initial consultation about 3 months before your wedding.
Organization sheets to help get you to the wedding day. Included but not limited to: assistance with layouts, wedding day check-lists, decor packing list guide, and more!
Timeline for event day.
Two check-in meetings before your wedding *about 60 days and 30 days before your big day
Unlimited text and email communication with Event Coordinator.
Up to one hour meeting the week before the wedding to go over last minute details.
Vendor introductions approximately one month before wedding day.
One hour rehearsal
On site management on the day of the event making sure everyone and everything is where it needs to be! Wedding party, guests, and vendors!
Coordination and execution of decor setup and tear down.
10 hours of coordination expertise on the day of the event.
Travel Fees included for up to 100 round trip miles from coordinators
home in Wyoming, MI.
